We sincerely apologize for not taking your call. Eugene (the business owner) takes all phone calls, but also is very active on the jobsite. So if he didn't pick up, good chances are he was running the chainsaw.

We try hard to return your voicemail within 24 hours. (most times much sooner)

Do I need to be home when you come and give an estimate?

We appreciate if the homeowners can be home when we come to look at your work and gather details about the job.

It gives us an opportunity to meet you clearly discuss the work.

However; it is not a requirement, if company personal can call you when they are on site, or it is a very clean straight forward work request, you do not need to be home when they arrive.

Will you give me a written quote when you come look at my job?

Yes!

We write up a detailed quote and email it to you. You then have the ability to open it, view it, request changes if needed, and / or approve it; all from the email link that we send.
